We pride ourselves on our specialist staff and the training and support we give to our customers. As well as user training, we can provide all sorts of bespoke training programmes from writing effective action plans in eTrackr, planning effective training plans for apprenticeships to consultancy support to help you embed our products or to support the improvement of current practices. We can also carry out quality audits of our systems and advise on areas of good practice and improvement. We want to support all of our customers to get the most out of our products and we are also happy to discuss any other additions or improvements as well as ideas for new systems.
We recently carried out some staff training for Buxton & Leek College as part of their annual CPD Programme. The focus was on establishing learner starting points and effectively tracking learner progress from these points.
