eSignUp Release – Version 8.7

Employer and Candidate forms
It is now possible to create forms within eSignUp to send to either the Employer or the Candidate for signature. These forms are generated in the Admin section of and sent to Employer and Candidates contacts from their respective pages in the system. This functionality was added to allow you to send Health and Safety forms to employers but now has the flexibility to create and send any forms you need to.

Additional fields available in grids
On the Recruitment grid it is now possible to view candidates attached to a specific vacancy by using the arrow on the left hand side to expand the row. A new button at the top of the screen enables you to expand all rows.

The Recruitment grid now has Cohort Reference Number

The Programme grid now has Version, Min OTJ hours, Skill Scan hours and Training Plan OTJ hours.

End Point Assessor at Programme level
We have added the End Point Assessor organisation to the Programmes which will pull through to the Vacancy.

Candidate form Auto Save
When using the generic link, or sending an email directly to a candidate, the form will now automatically save each field as the candidate adds details to it.

Candidates with Pending status
When a candidate has a status of “Pending” due to them not submitting their form, you can now add documents, notes and learning support information to their record.

Century Integration
For those of you who have purchased the Century Integration, it is now possible to use eSignUp to create accounts for candidates in Century, email them with instructions on how to login, and assign them initial assessment tests to complete. If you would like further information regarding this integration, please contact us via: support@esignup.co.uk

bksb Integration options
A button has now been added to the Candidate’s English/Maths tab to initiate the creation of a bksb user (rather than waiting for them to be at the recruitment stage).
