You might notice that the next time you use our support desk it looks slightly different. We have recently moved to a new system but don’t worry, it’s the same email address, same great service, just a different interface!

Just as before, if you need to log a ticket you’ll need to email us at and be sure to include the following information to enable us to process your query as efficicently as possible:

  • Your Name
  • Your College
  • Your contact details – email and telephone number
  • What product and version number are you using?
  • What browser were you using? Chrome, IE/Edge or Firefox?
  • The problem – what exactly is happening & what were you doing at the time?
  • Where it is happening – What screen? What report? What parameters did you use in your report?
  • Do you have examples or screen shots that you can send us?
