Your Role
In a sentence, what does your role involve? Jack-of-all-trades to ensure that our MIS product is top-shelf software that makes our clients’ business run more smoothly; most importantly, I help translate what our users need into what our product needs to do.
What attracted you to this role/company? Before this role, I spent a lot of time supporting users as a system administrator, and over time, I grew tired of putting band-aids on design flaws and working on archaic software that failed to keep up with the times – I see the role at VLE as a unique opportunity to be part of something bigger, with a chance of designing a superior, alternative solution that can be used by all training providers.
What do you enjoy most about your job? Ability to express one’s own creativity and be involved in so many aspects of software development. Building something from scratch feels very liberating and exciting.

What did you want to be when you were growing up? An author (fantasy/sci-fi books).

What do you like to do outside of work? I’m a bookworm for any fiction literature, though I gradually started enjoying writing more than reading.
