In December 2025, we were delighted to complete the acquisition of ISArc Ltd, marking an important milestone in our continued growth and product strategy. This acquisition strengthens our position within the Further Education sector and expands our capability to support a wider range of organisations, including Independent Training Providers (ITPs).
ISArc (short for Information System Architects) has been developing bespoke information management systems since 2006, focusing on helping organisations improve efficiency and make better use of their data. Over that time, their systems have been used by more than one million individuals and have delivered significant benefits through digital transformation and the replacement of traditional paper-based processes.
Their approach is centred on designing systems that reflect not just what organisations do, but how they work on a day-to-day basis—ensuring that software supports real-world processes and enables productivity. This philosophy aligns closely with our vision for modern, flexible education technology.
Alongside this, our continued investment in eHub, our central data warehouse, plays a key role in our strategy. eHub collects and connects data from across all of our products—as well as multiple third-party systems—providing a unified, scalable platform for reporting, analytics and insight.
Building on the strong foundations already established by ISArc, we are now developing our own Management Information System (MIS) for the FE sector. This new MIS will integrate directly with eHub, ensuring that data flows seamlessly into a single, connected environment. This approach allows colleges and ITPs to benefit from consistent, real-time data across the organisation, supporting better decision-making and more advanced analytics.
